Webinariet arrangerades av Effektiv Styrning tillsammans med Lennart Wittberg, Siv Liedholm och Helene Ersson.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rel\u00e4sningen utgick ifr\u00e5n &#8221;strukturreflexen&#8221; \u2013 v\u00e5rt n\u00e4stan automatiska s\u00e4tt att reagera n\u00e4r n\u00e5got g\u00e5r fel:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Vi beh\u00f6ver se \u00f6ver v\u00e5ra rutiner!&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8221;Vi m\u00e5ste reglera detta!&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8221;Vi beh\u00f6ver \u00f6ka kontrollen!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Vi l\u00e4gger till STRUKTUR. Mer regler, mer processer, mer m\u00e5tt.<\/p>\n<p>Men s\u00e5 ofta \u00e4r problemet KULTURELLT: v\u00e4rderingar som inte styr r\u00e4tt, bristande tillit, fokus p\u00e5 fel saker, r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r att ta ansvar.
